Sojourn Wellness Center: Multidimensional healing, bridging the gaps between where you think you should be and where you are. Whole food nutrition and extra-ordinary chiropractic!

Dr. Kirsten Perkins DC describes herself as a creative illuminator.

Kirsten has always been fascinated by what it takes to be an innovator in any field. She had a passion for cutting-edge ideas and questioning the status quo, especially when it comes to human growth and potential.

Dr. Kirsten graduated with honors from Life Chiropractic College West in 2006. She has been studying Network Spinal Analysis with its developer, Dr. Donny Epstein, since 2002.
This unorthodox, dynamic approach to chiropractic is known for producing mind/body/spirit evolution and wellness.

Currently, Dr. Kirsten is also pursuing mastery in Nutrition Response Testing through the rigorous Advanced Clinical Training program taught by the foremost authority in the field.

Dr. Kirsten is the founder of Sojourn Wellness Center.  She loves creating a beautiful and real environment where you can get to the heart of what life is calling you to be, to do, and to have.  Her commitment to seeing people in their greatest light has clients traveling from Marin County, the foothills of Tahoe, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Dr. Joie Mazor DC is a mover and a shaker. The story goes that she danced right out of the womb.

Dr. Joie has spent her life immersed in the art of communication through movement. Whether it be dance or a variety of somatic bodywork modalities, Dr. Joie is committed to creating deeper connection and aliveness for individuals and our whole community.

Dr. Joie’s first experience with Network Care was when she was 7 years old. She knew then that she liked how peaceful her family was after getting adjusted together. (And it was fun to hop up on the table.)

She was re-introduced to Network and Re-Organizational Healing in 2009. This time she was running a busy bodywork practice within a wellness center offering Re-Organizational Healing. What Dr. Joie saw was dancing merged with healing, and terrific results. She noticed that the people in her bodywork practice who were also under Network Care were achieving fluid, efficient and complex improvements- well beyond anything they’d ever thought possible. Dr. Joie was compelled to take the next step and become a Network Practitioner herself.

Dr. Joie graduated with clinical and academic honors from Life West in 2014.

“Being healthy is not just the state of one person’s body, but truly is measured by the whole interconnected web of life.”
